Control which optional emails HeyNews sends you from Account settings > Notifications. You can also open your in-app notifications from the bell in the top bar.
Toggle each email on or off:
Billing, subscription, security, and account-deletion emails are transactional notices and are not controlled by these optional email preferences. In-app notifications still appear in the header even if you turn off the matching email.
HeyNews also keeps account updates in your notification inbox. These include billing updates, source issues, draft errors, AI Writer status changes, and automated draft updates.
In-app notifications stay on so you can still see account updates, even if you turn off the matching email.
After changing your preferences, click Save Preferences. Changes apply immediately.
Optional notification emails include links to manage these preferences or unsubscribe. Account, security, billing, and access emails may still arrive when needed to operate or protect your account.
