HeyNews is rolling out self-serve account deletion from Account settings > Security. If you see Delete Account, the app will show what will be removed before you continue.

After the request starts, HeyNews shows a request ID and signs you out. Keep that request ID in case you need to contact support.
If you do not see the in-app deletion option yet, email support@heynews.co.

Account deletion removes your newsletter connections and:
It also removes your profile from the marketing, analytics, and session-recording tools HeyNews uses, so none of them can still identify you. Payment and invoice records stay with our payment provider, because tax and accounting law requires us to keep them.
If you need a written record of what was deleted and what was kept, email support@heynews.co with your request ID and ask for a deletion certificate.
