Archive an AI Writer you no longer use

Newsletters change, and old writers pile up. You can now retire one instead of scrolling past it. Open Voice & past issues > AI Writers, expand the writer, and choose Archive.

Archived writers disappear from Compose and scheduled newsletter setup, but their past Issues and Drafts stay intact. You can still refine those Drafts, review the writer's Style Rules and Reusable Links, or restore it with all its settings.

HeyNews keeps a writer active when it is the only one available or a scheduled newsletter still uses it. In the second case, you will see which schedule to pause or update first.

Setting up a second writer no longer means retyping what you already wrote. On the Style Rules or Reusable Links card, choose Copy to another AI Writer, select what you want, then pick a ready AI Writer in any Publication you can edit.

Before anything changes, HeyNews shows what it will add and which items it will skip as duplicates. Existing settings stay in place, and the writer you copied from is untouched.

Invitations that ran out are still listed

An invitation that expired used to vanish from Team & access, which made it look like you had never sent one. Expired invitations now stay in the list alongside active ones, so you can see what lapsed and send a fresh invite.

Fixes

  • Signing up with the site in Turkish now takes you to the Turkish Lira checkout instead of US Dollar prices.
  • Counts next to AI Writer settings now read correctly at one, including for screen readers.
  • Deleting your account now also removes you from publications other people shared with you, so the same email address cannot regain old access later.
