HeyNews now does less work before showing the app after you sign in. Dashboard, Analytics, Connections, and Subscription still behave the same, but the first screen should feel quicker because more setup happens only when it is needed.
Source checks now do less extra work when HeyNews is collecting fresh stories. That means one unrelated cleanup step is less likely to interrupt the sources you actually need for your next issue.
When a creator or Company Newsletter customer books a setup call, HeyNews now looks for the right HeyNews setup bookings. That keeps unrelated calendar events out of the app and makes the booked status on the dashboard more dependable.
Content Desk now handles overlapping source refreshes more carefully. If two source checks touch the same source close together, HeyNews is less likely to leave the source in a stale state.
More signed-in screens now do less work until you open them, including Settings, Content Desk, and Claim Your Gift. Those screens should feel quicker to open, especially on slower connections.
