Faster page loads

HeyNews now opens the main app screens with less waiting up front. Content Desk opens without loading every story card right away, and Compose starts with a lighter story picker before you interact with it.

Content Desk previews are more dependable

Opening an RSS article from Content Desk now uses the content HeyNews already saved if the original article cannot be fetched again right away.

Before, that could send you to an error page even though the article text was already in HeyNews. Now you can still review the saved article, check the original link, and keep building your issue.

Cleaner story selection from RSS sources

Compose groups RSS stories under the right source more consistently. Selected story lists should be easier to scan, with fewer confusing duplicate groups when the same feed or article appears in more than one form.

Archived newsletters keep your account tidier

When you archive a newsletter, HeyNews now clears more of the active setup tied to that newsletter, including AI Writers, sources, automations, and source connections.

Your existing drafts and History stay available where expected. The cleanup is about keeping your active account tidy, not erasing your past work.
